Valuta And Currency Conversion

Our payment provider offers a dynamic currency conversion system that allows our customers to pay with their own currency at the touch of a button and benefit from immediate cost transparency.

NB! Please note that your card will be charged directly at the moment of purchase.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT is not imposed by us but the government and the general VAT rate in France is 25%. Customers based in France will have tax added to their order. No VAT will be added on orders placed by customers who reside outside of France.

 

Shipping And Delivery

After you have placed your order and we have processed your payment in full, we will ship out your order within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can have the most recent updates on your order.

Lead Time

Lead time for shipping out orders is 3 business days. Custom and/or pre-order products that require longer lead time are exempt from this. The lead time for such products will be stated in the product description.

We ship to most countries in Europe with tracking. Please ensure that your address and other important information such as email and phone number is correct before checking out. Misplaced and lost packages that occur because of this are out of our control and we are not liable for that.

International orders to countries outside of Europe are not shipped tracked, but to ensure that your package gets to you safely we send them as registered mail. Your package will be handed over to your local postal service and you will be contacted via email or phone to pick up your parcel. You must provide an ID and also sign for delivery. Before placing an order, please make sure you have given the correct shipping address as well as phone number. Failing in doing so, may result in shipping issue which we are not liable for.

France 2-3 working days
Europe 4-8 working days
USA 8-17 working days

Please note the shipping times are only an estimate. Customs regulations, weather conditions and other factors may affect international orders. If customs fees are due at the time of pickup, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Please contact info@farasmarket.com if you have any problems with your order or if you have not received your tracking information within 4 days of placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation notice within 2 hours of purchase to ensure that we have not already shipped out your parcel.

Your order will be fully refunded if you have submitted a cancellation notice within 2 hours of purchase. All cancellation notices should be sent to info@farasmarket.com with the subject Order Cancellation.

Return Policy

This return policy is applicable to the original purchaser of Faras Market products only. If you are not fully satisfied or the product is delivered in a damaged condition, Faras Market may accept returns or exchanges of the product purchased when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be received by Faras Market within 30 days of receiving the product; no returns will be accepted after this time period
  • The product must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
  • If the product is damaged or an item is missing, a video of the product at the time of delivery must be provided
  • Product in question cannot be a customized product

Once a refund form is submitted, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after approval.

Any refunds will be refunded with the amount purchased at the time of purchase. If a coupon was used at the time of purchase and the order is refunded, the amount will reflect the purchase including the coupon used. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Exchanges

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Customized products and on sale items are not eligible for exchange.

If you wish to exchange a purchased product, submit an exchange notice to info@farasmarket.com with subject line ‘ exchange’ followed by the name the order has been placed with and order number. Exchange notice must be submitted no later than 7 days after receiving the package.

You will be notified by email when your exchange has been approved. As soon as we have received your returned package, a replaced item will be shipped to you.
